    Hi. I did mine on 9/14/15 Very happy about it. But I think I am not loosing fast enough. I lost 10 pre op and 14 after surgery. I am 211 now. I eat protein shake in the morning then soup for launch Jello for snack and dinner is chicken from few days ago Water. Tea and one small coffee in the morning. How about you ?
