Finally on the loosers bench

Had my surgery at 7 this morning and everything went well. Got up a bit ago for my first walk. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Started my watersips ar 4:30. Didn't meet my first goal but second on I did. The nausea is awful! Have a patch and Phenergan. Pain is about a 5 now. The dr said if I reach goals tomorrow then I can go home tomorrow. Hope everyone else that went today are doing well?

Be totally compliant and you WILL be successful. I am 2 1/2 months post op and down 40lbs. Good luck to ya!
