I was on Clear liquids for the first week so you are right no yogurt or applesauce. Right after surgery they removed me from metformin thank goodness but they had me continue Nexium, Levoxl and Propan

I swallowed everything as normal from the day after surgery on! First thing they gave me was two tylenol tablets to swallow-which had me worried! Never crushed anything.

Question about medication's post surgery.. Tomorrow is the big day yay! Just one question (so far).
My regular med's can be crushed.. But how do you guys take your med's the 1st few days? I'm assuming you can't swallow well because of the "sip, sip, sip". And you're not eating applesauce to put it in.. What do your crush your med's in to take them?
Thank you,
Nervous Prep Girl!
