Post op menu suggestions

I'm just over 3weeks post op. I'm on soft foods. I am worried I'm not getting enough Protein because I'm stuffed after about 4 bites of food! So i'm also taking 1 Protein shake a day for a protein (21grams) boost. I'm just curious since I can start on real foods this Wednesday, what is your typical diet now and how much protein are you able to get? Does anyone still supplement with Protein shakes?

Do what you need to do to get in your protein and Fluid.

When I was on soft foods, I ate a lot of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, and refried Beans. I still do because they are tasty, easy, and high in protein.
