1week post op

I'm 1 week post op and it's been the worst week ever. First two days were ok then bam! I've been horribly sick since Monday. Headaches, nauseated, dizzy. The nurse thought I was dehydrated so I'm pushing the Water, etc.

Any advice?

Hi there, I am one week post op as well. Only problem I am having is severe pain in left shoulder. Only Nausea I had was when I tried to take a pain pill. Are you taking any meds that make you nauseous? Can you ask the doc for some anti-nausea med, like Zofran?

This brings back bad memories. I was also very sick. Finished my pain melds...still feeling awful. I was sick for 3 to 4 weeks. Got better! Started losing weight! Best decision ever made. Don't be depressed...it gets better. Not everyone pops back quickly.
