Supervised diet

Ok so I will be finished with my 3 month supervised weight loss program with my dietician and I have not lost any weight as a matter of fact I have gained a pound or two.I quit smoking 2 months ago and started snacking alot more. I am so nervous that my insurance (Cigna)will deny me because of this.

    Cigna does not require any weight loss. Hopefully your bariatric program doesn't either, but if they did I'm sure you'd already know that.
