Headache after eating

I am having terrible headaches lasting 20-30 mins after I eat. I am 4 weeks out and am slowly starting on solids. Mainly chicken, tuna, or peanut butter. I'm not having any trouble with my stomach but the headaches are worse than I've ever experienced. Any advise?
