5th Consultation

Today I had my fifth consultation appointment with my surgeon & nurse. I was disappointed in myself for having gained 2lbs. Since my last appointment. I've had a hard time getting to the gym and just came home from a few days traveling so those were my excuses. He said in this last month, I need to step it up a notch and do my best. It's looking like surgery will be the middle of December if insurance gives the blessing. Now it's getting real & I'm getting nervous.
