Liquid Protein

I have read awhile back about liquid Protein taken like a medicine. Does anyone know where this can be found? I've looked at Walgreens, GNA and a few other health food stores and am unable to find it.

Do you mean Protein shots? I haven't used them or bought any but I thought they were available at stores like WalMart.

For condensed protein I used the ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates. They gave them to me in the hospital and my surgeon's office carries them. I also can order them online. Initially after surgery I used them undiluted. Now I just add them to my Water bottle. They are 15 grams a packet.

No, I don't protein shots. On one of the forums about a month ago, someone mentioned liquid protein taken like a medicine. Another way of getting your protein in without drinking the protein shakes. I havn't found a protein shake that I really like, so I thought that would be easier.

Thank you I'll order some. I just had my sleeve surgery on Thursday, so I'm 4 days out and find it hard to get in all of my protein. How are you doing after your surgery?

I think it has something like 20grams of protein. The only flavor I saw was fruit punch (?), I haven't had a lot of problems so far with finding a way to get my protein intake.

Have you tried the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury non flavored protein?

I'm doing good. Down 60lbs. Been stuck for 3 weeks but I realized I wasn't getting enough protien. Have gone back to tracking closer. I'm almost 5 months out. Hopefully I'm not done losing! I bought the prostat because I was sick of shakes. It's what we give our ICU patients for wound healing.

I started looking for alternates because its hard to eat that much food. Tuna started making me nauseous after the 3rd month.

I'm gonna try tofu. Been researching recipes.
