Nausea

I am 5 days out and cannot tolerate protein shakes or protein drinks. Nausea, vomitting. Just complete misery. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hang in there!

I had to take Zofran for nausea for a couple weeks. Try different fluids. I couldn't handle artificially sweetened things like Popsicles or crystal light. Decaf tea is all I could tolerate. It does get better.

Yes, absolutely. It was horrible. You are not alone. But it got much better! You are going to feel so great. Do the best you can and get a lot of rest. Go easy on yourself. It really will be better soon.
