Hello. My surgeon is staring me on vitamins Tuesday. What do you guys recommended as far as name brands, easy to swallow, ease of purchase?? Calcium, B 12 and I forgot the other one.

Yes me too....do they have to be expensive bariatric vitamins?

I take Wellesse liquid given to me by my surgeon. They sell them at Costco. They're liquid so they're pricier, but not bad.
