Surgery scheduled for 8/19

My sleeve is scheduled for 8/19/15 my nerves are really kicking in. I found this and I'm excited there's more people out there going thru what I'm going thru. I start my liquids for preop on 8/4 any recommendations on decent tasting proteins?

    I am brand new to this site to, but my sister turned me on to the New Whey Liquid protein shots. They have 42g protein in a 3.8 liquid. Not the best tasting, but certainly not the worst. I started the clear liquid on 7-28 and have surgery scheduled on 08-02. Best of luck to both of us!

    I'll look for those and yah I begin my clear liquid on 8/5 and surgery is 8/19 I'm super nervous right now. Best of luck to u too
