@ Atontor- wow 3 months for u so far, are u any having trouble eating or can u pretty much eat anything now with become sick? What about portion size?

Trying to get idea of what to expect in three months out

Hi. Next week I'm out exactly 2 months. Thankfully I didn't have any issues. I enjoyed the Puree foods and once I was clear to have soft foods I ate homemade chili. It has a lot of protein along with the shakes.

I eat and drink about 4oz when drinking or eating.

My surgery weight was 305. I'm down to 232 as of this past Friday. The only issue I had was opening the Rx capsules and adding them to juice.
