Hi everyone, I just joined this site. I live in Red Oak, but work downtown at UT Southwestern Medical Center. I would love to have a support group. I have been banded since 2006, but am pretty much starting all over due to a bad Dr. Would love to talk to someone, everyone.

By the way, where do you get those weight loss tickers? I want one!

I live in Grand Prairie and I was just banded on 5/13/08. I am a member on the yahoo DFW Bandsters and this is also a great support group.

What doctor did you use? How much have you lost?

Calling all DWF area banders!!!! Please Help..

My name is Jade 28 coming in from southwest Colorado..but don't get me wrong, I'm a southern girl from Bama:)

I am set for surgery on the 12th of Feb :biggrin: But my flight arrives Wed. 10th.

Any friendly banders out there interested in meeting up and talking with me while I am in town pre-op?. I don't know the area at all and would hate to be stuck in a hotel room. Drinks on me:)

No but for real i would really love some calming techniques for surgery, encouragement, and any personal experiences you might find helpful. Thanks so much..
