I have got insurance approved done beginner class, passed physical assessment. Now waiting on surgery date. It has been a ride my regular doctor didn't send medical records, surgeon took vacation. guess God wanted me to wait this out and make sure of what I was doing. God has been dealing with me on taken care of my body, mind better. I have several physical restriction that keep me from exercising like I should. This is so much info thrown at you at once.

@@Monnie815 That's all going to depend on what your pre-op diet is? They are all so different. I was only allowed protein shakes, SF jello and pudding, and some low sodium broth so I didn't need any recipes for that lol!!

Mine is liquid for first 7 days and clear liquid last 3
