I am just barely 6 weeks post op and I began working my whole body last week. I started walking 2-3 mile distances at week 2, once I was able to get tin5 miles without being winded I knew I Was ready for more. Take it slow and easy at the beginning, I overdid the first few days and was so sore. I have to admit I have a lot more energy since I have been working out, and am actually beginning to see I have a waist. Lol
