Meal prep

Does anyone do a weekly meal prep? I would like to get in the habit of doing this while I am on summer break. Anyone have recipes or suggestions?

I would love these ideas too! Right now, all I have done is made a batch of Ricotta Bake and opened a can of refried beans to eat on for the week. :) On TheWorldAccordingtoEggface website, she talks about all kinds of "bites" or tiny crustless quiches. Once I can eat that stuff, I am hoping to make a batch of those so I will have quick breakfasts for the week. If you haven't checked out the Eggface website, definitely do so. She has some great ideas for pot roast, soups, etc. - crock pot meals that can be eaten during the week.
