HOw Much restriction

does everyone really have? I have had my 3rd fill already - but I'm unsure if I am at the 'right' restriction. I can drink a 20oz beverage in about 5 minutes. I can eat my meals in about 15 minutes. I am full after about 1 cup of food. I'm really not concerned about amount of food, but more interested in the time frame in which I eat it. Any comments would be appreciated

It sound to me like you are doing just fine.

I think some bandsters become too obsessed with how much they are eating, how long it takes to eat and they forget one huge factor. WHAT they are eating. Sometimes I see people sacrificing healthy foods to super restriction (example; only being able to eat a couple of mouthfuls of food! Or living on Protein shakes)

I say, if you are eating a small meal of protein, veggies and carbs, and staying full for at least a couple of hours after, you are doing well.

If you can eat 1 cup of food and you are still losing you are fine. If you aren't losing you need another fill. If you have optimal fill level you shouldn't be able to eat more than 1/2 cup of food.
