Pre op diet week 2

Since starting the pre op diet noticing some changes, not sure if some are related to shakes. Not bad adjustment actually like shakes less decisions on what to eat, lol. By day 3 my stomach was use to the routine. But also day 3 noticed my muscles were very sore all over like I did a full day workout and they are still hurting day 8. Felt like someone beat me ughh. Also my memory is crazy bad now. I am having bad memory lapses of what just happened yesterday. Really having to concentrate to remember things. Other than that week 1 on shakes I lost 12 lbs. Total of 38 lbs since I went to first appt Jan 26th. Surgery a week from tomorrow June 23! I see a few June 23rders out there, congrats on your big day!

I had severe muscle soreness and weakness on my pre-op diet as well. I had to stop working out altogether. It got so bad that it was hard for me to just lift my arms up to wash my hair in the shower in the morning!

I feel like someone is using me for a punching bag, all muscles sore. I am glad someone else noticed this, so I didn't think I was crazy
