Hi ,

I live on the Island. Dr. Ren from NYU did my surgery Aug 27. I have been attending a support group here for the past 3 months. Very informative, with some very nice people. Check out the Local Support Group thread and go to N.Y.;)

I'm going to my first support group meeting at my doctor's office next week.

I'm a little nervous ...

Do you guys really feel you get a lot out of it?
