Hi. How are you? NYC here.

I'm 7 weeks post op.

Direct messages are better for me to reply. This app needs adjustments when it comes to the different rooms they have. Lol

Hi I'm scheduled for October 25th sleeve surgery... I'm kind of rethinking the surgery. I hear a lot if people gain weight back, so I'm very concerned has anyone had this experience or advice?

Also, my long term worry is what we acted "allowed" to eat? I hear no Pasta, no rice, no bread, no solid meat and no fresh veg/fruit! Ever???

Someone help please!!!

In moderation, you can have a few bites but having a full plate would not be a good idea. Surgery is definitely a life changing situation. Remember why we are considering surgery. It's a second chance at a new life and new beginning.

I have bread on occasion and few bites of pasta but I enjoy those bites and then look at a old pic before surgery for motivation
