Feeling nervous, tomorrow is my check up for my sleeve surgery it will be 3 months on the 26th. I feel great and cant wait to see what the Dr scale says

No pain at all.....dont hesitate its worth it....I was such baby lol crying all the way to the operating room!!! Because I was so nervous lol

Oh okay!! Its definitely a life changing experience but totally worth it... just got a check up ans I am down 10 pounds so thats very encouraging

Marcelle surprising I am feeling good, those first couple of gas days were bad. Also they tore a muscle in my left shoulder while I was strapped down that botherw me more than anything =)

He did but unfortunately the home nurse took it home with her. I see my surgeon tomorrow so will get another and his list was pretty much examples. So I was just curious too see what others were eating. I googled it but that gave so many different versions and made me way to confused.
