Nutritional facts

I feel like am doing this wrong! On the nutritional facts what do you look for first? Am one month out, and have only been looking at protein, making sure sugar is very low to none! Any insight would be greatly appreciated! TIA ????

What does your NUT say? I count Protein (my goal is 100 g/day), and minimize carbs/sugar (focus on whole/natural carbs with no starchy carbs -- bread, rice, pasta).

When looking at nutrition labels I first look for high protein, and then low carb and low sodium.

My nut is about 1 hr 1/2 away. I feel like am doing this alone.

Can you call or email? Mine is also over an hour away. I see her when I have a surgical appointment but O can contact her at any time with questions or concerns.
