A little frustrated...

Hello everyone!

I hope someone is able to help/guide me because I'm not sure whether or not I'm missing something. I have had my skype consultation with Dr. Altamirano, filled out his forms PLUS the forms here on Bariatric Pal but I am no closer to knowing whether or not I have a surgery date! I'm like... ready to pay and I can't find where I'm supposed to pay. They gave me some bank info but I feel a little awkward just transferring money there without actually speaking to someone about a surgery date and whether or not they received my forms.

So, am I missing something? Do I really just go ahead and transfer money to the Chase account and hope someone will contact me? I have already spoken to the surgeon and I will be having a skype consultation with a nutrionist next but I want to get scheduled and start making preparations. Any help is so appreciated, I'm anxious and wanting to get started soon!

Thank you all,

Lindsay

Are you working with a coordinator? I didn't have my surgery through Bariatric Pal, but I have had surgery in TJ twice now and both times I worked with a patient coordinator who answered these sorts of questions for me.

I asked all of my questions by email to Ana or David. I could have called but being that I was at work, it was easier to email. They replied very quickly. I paid my deposit on my lunch break and received an invoice by email very quickly. Now they are just waiting on me....

I wasn't really worried about paying the money. This web site is too popular with too many visitors to screw anyone over. I don't think they'd risk it. Did you get it done??
