Time? Schedule? Difficult for me 3 days post op

This whole scheduling thing is so hard for me! Does anyone else feel like this is difficult for them to stay on schedule for eating and drinking liquids? I know there is no grazing but does that just Mean when you start more solid foods or does it Mean for the liquid post op also?

    It may seem like grazing at first, because it is necessary to have a snack or two in order to get in all the protein. I believe once you start solids, it gets easier, but a snack may still be needed for the protein requirement
