Lowell, MA - Need help with diet

Hi I am just starting this journey and I am two weeks into the "diet" so I am replacing one medal with a protein shake. The problem what do I eat??? I find that I have done too many diets when now I have no idea what just am doing? I find I am eating too much fruit and sugar free jello/pudding. Is anybody else stuck? I know that I am concerned enough to make another appointment with the dietician. Any advice??

The best advice I can give you is to shop the perimeter of the store where the produce, meat, and dairy is. By eliminating edibles made in a factory, you will automatically be reducing carbs, calories, fat, sugar and starches.

Eat lean protein and plenty of green veggies. Increase your physical activity. Keep your fats and carbs low. Track what you eat so you know if you're on target.
