Hello, I am schedule for RNY this Thursday May 28. At this point I am more nervous about vomiting after the operation from the anesthesia than the pain. I get severely motion sick and feel that this might up my chances for feeling sick from anesthesia. I know this can be more dangerous after bariactric surgery. Anyone feel this way or have an insight to add? I am going to talk to the anesthesiologist about it, but don't know if that will help. Sometimes anti-nausea meds don't work on me!

Definately talk to your anestesiologist. They can give you medicines to prevent that from happening especially if you are prone to it.
