Pre-Op Diet!

Has anybody done the pre-op liquid diet and not had much trouble with it? I mean, I was exhausted the first two days, but I'm fine now. I'm pretty much subsisting on greek yogurt and soup right now, but I've been throwing in one protein drink a day. I love greek yogurt, so to me, it hasn't been too limiting.

Starting mine tomorrow. I can have 5 meal replacement shakes or bars and 1 small meal per day. Hope I have as easy a time with it. Surgery is 6/8.

Good luck! It's rough at the beginning but it gets easier. Just think of the end result!

5 days on my pre-op diet and it's been ok. Today at a college baseball game my strength was tested. There's not much better than a ball park hot dog, but I made it. Sugar free popsicles and Ketogenx peanut bars have helped me through.
