Can anyone give me some words of encouragement what my wls surgery life will be a year from now I'm 8 weeks out from gastric bypass. Wonder how my eating will be.

I'm only 3 weeks 3 days post mini bypass but Iv had 2 prior weight loss surgeries so really I'm an 8 yr vet. Here is what I can tell you 100%, your eating will be what you want it to be. You can stay on plan, always eat protein first, make good choices and treat yourself in moderation, or, you can disregard everything you've been told and the eating plan recommended to you and go back to old habits. You can eat junk food and fast food and more less anything you can get down. Where you are one year from now, is a question only you can answer.
