My mom has been great. I couldn't have done this without her. It has been a learning curve for her, too.

I am so glad you posted. I can't believe I got out of the office without getting anyone's contact info.

Are you feeling better?

I can't wait for my incisions to completely heal so I can get in the pool.

I am feeling ok. I went back to work right after that Wednesday appointment and today I went to the gym. My mom has been my food police. Making me get all my protein in. Now I can eat something solid I am not having any problems.

I was sleeved April 20 by Dr. Weiss at Georgetown. He is an awesome surgeon.

The worst part of the experience was the anticipation and the leap into the unknown.

Learn as much as you can and feel free to ask questions. You can message me, too.

Best of luck with your surgery.
