Help I fell off the wagon

I went on vacation, this is my eight week post surgery, and I ate a bite of everything, I was a bad girl, eating sweets and even a few donuts, now it's time to come back to the real world. I seem to not get enough to eat, how do I start back on the right track and what would you recommend eating?

So get ready -- it's time to go cold turkey. If you stop eating them, you'll stop craving them.

It's not the end of the world -- just time to go back to work.

Yup. Time to detox off the sugar and carbs. Protein and veggies and lots of water. Measure and track everything you put into your mouth. That should get you back on track. If you keep yourself full on protein and water, it's hard to make room for junk.

HI there @paulatoney - I"m in the same place tonight. I just fell off the wagon today after an over-busy weekend. DUMB way to reward myself for such a work-intensive weekend! Tomorrow (Monday i'm back on track and i hope you'll find yourself there too. My plan is to log my food, walk to work for an exercise jumpstart, and do NO added carbs (my nemesis). Tuesday i'll get to the gym - one day at a time we can get back on plan. Let us know how you're doing.
