OK, I give up. How does one update the Ticker?

Help, can't figure how to update the Ticker and put in the additional weight lost. I am tech challenged.

    Click on your name at the top of the page, go into My Settings. There should be a box on the right that says something like, How much weight have we lost. Put your weight in there and it will automatically update everything.
