Then again, just thinking... it would seem like even if you are all muscle, say someone that is 280 is still carrying 280lbs. they may be more equip to carry that 280 but that is still weight that causes your heart/liver/kidneys etc to have work overtime to support. I wonder if those people are really as healthy as they think? hmm I dunno lol something to think about. but I don't think the rock is 280 is he?

Yes, something to think about. Though if I had to weigh 280, I'd rather have it with mostly muscle and less fat, than with little muscle and mostly fat.

Carrying around an extra 50 lbs of fat has to be worse than 50 lbs of muscle, but like said before, it's extra work for the organs of anyone who is carrying more weight than necessary.

I'd rather look like the Rock than Billy Gardell though ;o)
