I have my pre-op 8th May and my op on the 14th May. I'm still not 100% sure if I'm going for bypass or sleeve but I already have bad acid reflux so I'm leaning towards the bypass. I'm having the op in Edinburgh but would be great to meet other people anywhere in the world with ops around the same time to share the journey with. Currently in excited, nervous, undecided and starting to prepare for the 2 week pre-op diet.

My surgery is May 11. I am 1 week in to the liquid diet and finding that the busier I am the less I think about it but man I am hungry. I had my pre-op testing today and everything seems clear for next Monday. I'm nervous but excited about the next steps. I was scheduled back in October and the surgery fell through at the last minute so I am not going to believe it until I'm on the or table.
