Vitamins

I see several people talking about taking vitamins both before and after so I wanted to pass along what my doctor suggest taking after surgery. Here is a link to the vitamins Link. They have both a chewable and a tablet.

    These are the Vitamins my surgeon suggest. You might get better feedback on this board https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/mgb_mo/conversations/messages. That is a local board associated with my surgeon.
