Sounds like a head game to me. Part of relearning how to eat is learning how to eat the occasional indulgence without going overboard. I've had cake and chocolate plenty of times since being sleeved.

I have been at goal for almost 2 months. I eat very carefully and I don't stray too far from my program. But today I knew and had planned on eating cake. I did and now I feel guilty. I have got to get over this. I didn't eat the whole cake. Lol. Just a reasonable size piece. I felt like everyone was watching me even though I know they weren't. I feel bloated and fat. Even though today my mother told me your so skinny. Last week she told me you can't lose anymore weight. And I know I can't lose anymore. I can feel my bones. Weird feeling when you can grab your arm and feel bones. I am not bony but I am happy where I am and want to stay there. I don't think there is anything wrong with eating something that's not real good for you once in a great while and in moderation but I fear I am going to get on the scale in the morning and gain more than I should. Does anyone else at maintanice worry about every little thing they eat?
