Is it too early to find any August sleevers? My date is August 17th... Wish it was yesterday but have to time it around travel and my job so August 17th it is! Can't believe that in a year from now I will be well on my way to goal ))))

Start exercising and reducing sugar now. The better you prepare yourself the easier the recovery. For 6 months prior to surgery I really concentrated on exercising and even though I didn't lose as much weight as I would have liked to I felt a lot better and my nurses said it definitely contributed to me recovering so well.
