First Fills... Help Anyone?

Anyone had their first fill yet? I am having mine on June 21st. I am a little nervous about what it feels like and how you feel after? Can anyone help me?

I had my first fill June 5th. There was nothing to it. I laid on the table, doc said to lift my legs up straight.. he found the port and in went the needle.. no worse than a shot. I had to drink water when he was done and that was it. No more than 3 minutes tops.

I don't even have to lie down for mine....I just lift by blouse, doc's head disappears under my left boob for a few seconds and it's over.....then I do a barium swallow and I'm out the door.

That said....not every doctor or technician is as skilled as mine - some miss the port, some hurt, some have to make multible stabs but MOST fills are not traumatic at all.
