one doc or NUT might give different advice/"orders" than an other doc :blink:

at the end of the day

always always always only listen to your doc/NUT (and me too of course :lol: :lol: )

they are the professionals that are here for you

look on UTUBE

read books

absorb any and all info you can before your big day

get to work ;)

keep learning after surgery too
