Surgery 3/31/2015

My date is Tuesday and I am getting anxious and scared. I have not been on any pre-op diet, but I have been trying several different Protein drinks and shakes in the last several days. I am also watching my carbs and eating high protein. I do have to do an all Clear liquids tomorrow in prep for surgery on Tuesday. I am still in shock that this is really happening.

Consider yourself lucky. I did two weeks preop and it was so bad I am ready for surgery just to get off it. I am 17 hours and counting now and totally freaking out. Actually having panic attacks. Good luck.

For a lot of people, the apprehension and waiting are worse than the procedure... Relax.... You are doing a healthy improvement to your life????

Hope you come thru with flying colors. ????
