YOLI or other diet programs

I'm about 18 months post surgery and the first 9 months were amazing the weight just melted off. Then as I got closer to my year I hit a plateau. Then more time past and I found I had gain some of the weight I lost. Then I decided I needed to get back to the basics. I started working out again snd tracking my food and proteins. Then my friend told me about YOLI and then results she had...which were amazing. I've heard a lot of good thing about the YOLI BBB but I haven't heard from folks that have had the sleeve done. Is there anyone out there that has done YOLI or any other diet programs aka "life style change" programs? If so what are your thoughts. I would appreciate any honest feedback. Thanks!

I did yoli in 2013, and pre-surgery, it was unsustainable for me. The pills gave me palpitations, and the dietary restrictions were hard to maintain. Theoretically, following yoli post sleeve should work, but keep in mind it's about $340.00/month
