Hello, I have been on a 3 month stall. I had the gastric sleeve late July. I was wondering if anyone used herbalife wls? I'm looking for jump starting my weight loss again. I still weigh 240 post surgery and am looking to loose at least another 80.

I would suggest using your tool, going back to basics. You do not describe your food/exercise habits. All I can suggest is to change what up what you are doing now and review the carb content in what you are eating. Include drinking with that.

Herbalife was one of many weight loss plans I tried before surgery. The Vitamins and supplements gave me a lot of energy and my mood improved. Some of the supplements suppress the appetite as well.

I could only afford to do the Herbalife weight loss plan for two months. I lost 20 pounds and then gained it back once I quit. The above response is correct. It is best if you go back to basics. Good luck!
