Yup. Every morning. My dietician said it is because the stomach has contracted, and is not happy with the splash of cold water I throw at it each morning! Go Figure!!!!! (I can't understand why not!!!

As mentioned it could be dehydration. Try to make sure you're well hydrated at bed time. Excess acid can also cause nausea. Are you on a PPI?

I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED HERE AND THERE BUT I HAVE MORNING NAUSEA EVERY SINGLE MORNING. I JUST FEEL SICK ALL OVER. I WAKE UP ANYWHERE FROM 3-5 AM. I CAN JUST BARELY COPE AND GET READY FOR WORK ETC. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS? THANKS A BUNCH!
