Ok what's up

So is something wrong with me? I'm following what I'm suppose to be and losing weight, but I'm not feeling the fullness the doctor is telling me about

It really depends on what stage of eating you are at. If you are still at the liquid then you might not feel full that you would at the solids. Again even at the solid it can depend on the protein, chicken makes me feel full fast, eggs less so - the denser the protein the easier I get the full signal.
