Vicious and offense GAS!

Im 6 days (not perfect but ok) into my 2 week pre-surgery liquid diet and I tell you im having gas that will clear the room (for awhile)...LOL I was on the Daneil fast a month ago and had the same problem. I figured my body was adjusting to the intact. I went to Father Google and read it was normal. But I what im putting in can't be translating to the sulfar coming out. LOL smh. Anyone else had/has this problem? I had the EGD and everything is great. Maybe its the protein...

I think it happens to more than might admit it, but I've been told it is normal for us. And that it will stay with us. Sorry. BUT there is hope with Gas-X strips and tablets! The key is the timing. Take the strips as soon as you're done eating (others may have better ideas?). Hopefully this will help!
