Getting 64oz of luid is really a project for me. Leaving the hospital I only could do ice chips and couldn't even finish the 2oz diluted grape juice they gave me. Since I been home I was able to do a couple sips of swanson fat free chicken broth and I can manage anything frozen which may possibly be the primary source of hydration because I'm still not capable of finishing a 16.9oz bottled water. Doctor cleared me for full liquid diet soups other than broth don't sit well and was able to do a few spoons cream of wheat without problem. Out of sheer curiosity I tried a regular size cup of sugar free Rita's water ice and was able to finish without any problem. I think because of my gerd my choice of full liquid needs to be tweeked because I need to be able to do more than frozen treats, applesause, broth and cream of wheat
