@@mrs kaje its not about how many steps, its the fact that you are trying that matters????. When i first got my fitbit, first week i had recorded doing just under 7500 steps a week, i now do that a day! I have osteoarthritis in both knees as well as lymphoedema in both lower limbs. Anything is possible as long as you give yourself a chance????

I only get to about 500 by 5.30pm so it's hard to catch up - I'm not being modest, they are seriously low, but I'm fine with that ☺

I would love to be added to everyone Friends list. I have a Fit bit and love it. I try and walk everyday on my lunch and when I can I usually get in about 2.5-3 miles....
