Exhausted!

Hi all. I'm 5 weeks post op and completely exhausted. I sleep at night and by the time I get the kids off to school I'm reading to sleep and can sleep all day. I have never been one to sleep late or sleep during the day.....I'm getting my protein, vitamins and water in everyday. Anyone having this problem?? Suggestions??

I am only 11 days but the exhaustion is crazy. I keep reading...better at 3 weeks, more normal at 3 months. I hope do.

I'm at 9 days out and I can't sleep in the morning and in the morning I'm the afternoon I can't help but sleep

My surgeon said it was normal and it would get better with time as long as I was doing what I'm suppose to. I sure hope so, thankfully I'm a stay at home mom right now...I don't know how I would survive work right now.

I was the same,

Your body heals while it sleeps, so don't see it as a bad thing.

You have to do what your body needs , but you'll have to put more thought into getting your liquids / Protein in :)
