Hair loss

Just noticed my hair is coming out more. I have lots of hair so I'm not worried but wondering if my fellow November banders are seeing the same thing.

I never lost any hair ( banded 3 yrs ago ) but I started taking Biotin in early January. WOW ! I first started noticing my nails growing, now my hair seems thicker. A bottle is only a few dollars at the drugstore, so im getting my moneys worth for sure. Maybe give it a try ?

I am currently still in the process of getting everything squared away for my surgery. I was taking Nature's Bounty hair, skin and nails vitamins with 5000mcg of Biotin before I decided to have surgery. Can someone tell me what dose of biotin they are currently taking?

I'm looking for a gummy biotin. Any recommendations?

Try Vitafusion they have a peach biotin gummy. It's delicious.

Also Organix makes a biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner. It's amazing. It's really helping my hair loss.
