Not quite 2 weeks post-op and stalled?!

I has surgery on 2/24, so I will be two weeks out on Tuesday. I lost 10 lbs in the first week, then 1 more pound totaling 11 lbs and and now I have been stuck there for about 4 days. I have heard of the 3 week stall, but before I even reach 2 weeks? Very disappointed considering I am drinking every meal. Anyone else experience this? Is this "normal?" Thanks!

I had the exact same thing happen to me. My doctor told me because of the liquids and low calorie count as well as surgery, my body was in starvation mode. He told me.Once I moved on to eating food and getting more nutrition, my bodybuilding be shut down and I would start seeing results. Three days later, the scale has finally started moving down! Give yourself some time, it will eventually happen. I tell myself this, too!
